Adorable little Napco baby girl holding a box of chocolates for Valentines Day.  The lid to the chocolates and a little bluebird are at her feet. She is wearing pink, ruffled panties. Her blond hair is in a pigtail. The original silver sticker is on the bottom, as well as a stamp dated 1962. 
Flaws of note: a factory misprint of gold on her leg. The tip of her pigtail is chipped.
