This is a hard to find NOEL set by Norcrest.  There are four little red-suit clad kids each holding a letter. They are chained with a brass chain and brass rings. Stamped with the model number on the base and a made in JAPAN sticker.
Condition: This set is free of any chips, cracks, or repairs. There is very minimal paint loss. See pictures for details.
Dimensions: these sweetie pies are each 4” tall.
