This jolly fellow is the most-beautiful snowman I’ve ever seen! His face is so delightful with his long lashes and rosy cheeks. He’s giving a little side-eye—he knows he’s handsome. Commonly referred to as a Napco piece. I’ve never seen one with a sticker or stamp.
This is a hard to find stackable creamer pitcher and sugar bowl. AND he has been able to hang on to his original shovel spoon after 60 years! Good job, Frosty!
He has green suspenders and a red gloves that compliment his striped red and white scarf.
The paint is in amazing condition for its age. His left glove shows some wear, but other that that the paint is pretty fabulous. Just minor flecks missing here and there. The photos show all sides of his body, so be sure to look at them closely.
No chips/repairs. There is one crack right at his armpit that cradles the shovel, but it does not go all the way through to the opposite side.
I can see some crazing as is common in ceramics of this age. There is one little dark spot on the “snow” he is standing on.
He stands a total of 8” high.
