This is a pair of holly tree adorned kids—a boy and girl—carrying gifts and a candy cane. They are wearing gold bells around their necks.
Made by Lipper & Mann in the 1950s or 1960s. 
Both are in very nice condition for their age. No chips/cracks/repairs. Paint is still very nice. Some minor paint loss as to be expected for a vintage item. 
They have their original foil stickers on the bottom, as well as the original cork stoppers.
