Beautiful and classic piece by Holt Howard. Produced in 1961 during the kitschy MCM era, she has a fabulous mid-century look! 
She has amazing, vibrant paint! She is missing one of her original mercury glass earrings. There is a tiny chip on the rim of her head near her right ear. I’ve enlarged it so you can see it easier, but it is a very small chip. She has her original beaded necklace. Stamped on the base.
