This charming Christmas moose is one of my favorites—his name is Chris. His antlers are removable and made of celluloid and decorated with original tiny mercury glass ornaments. Chris wears a big floppy red bow, a goofy expression and Christmas holly body markings. The candle holder is located in the back. 
There are multiple component parts detailed as follows:
1) Chris himself is in excellent condition. There are no cracks, breaks, repairs or obvious crazing but there is minor paint flecking to the hollies. And one fleck of missing red paint on his bow.
2) The antlers are in pristine condition but are missing the fragile collarette that was originally in place for snug insertion into his head. I use a small amount of museum putty to keep them snugly secured.
3) There are six ornaments, four gold and two red. There is age related wear (pictured), but overall they display well.
4) The original hang tag is in excellent shape, it even has the original satin ribbon.
Backstamped 1961 Hold Howard, he has the original red/gold HH foil sticker and the hang tag discussed above.
Dimensions: 
5.5” from head to hoof.
With antlers inserted, he is approximately 7” wide.

I am an experienced seller/shipper,  and I take great care in packaging my vintage items. All items are wrapped in bubble-wrap, padded with packing peanuts, and boxed in a sturdy box for shipping. I double-box as I deem necessary. 
Shipping is via USPS PRIORITY, insured for the full value of the item.
