This is a hard to find item! 
Lipper and Mann Santa Claus candle holder. It holds a mini candle, like a birthday candle. There’s a handle on the side. Santa is waving and has a gold-sponged “pom pom” on his hat that acts as the little candle cup. 
No chips/cracks/repairs. There are a couple of minor paint issues as shown in close-up.
