Wow! This little fellow is so stinkin’ cute! He has Micah glitter sugared gloves and shiny gold ice skates. His scarf is a jaunty striped number. He’s carrying a Christmas tree on his back, already fully trimmed down to the gold star on top. 
He was made by Norcrest in the late 1940s to early 1950s. He is in fantastic condition for his age!! No chips, cracks, or repairs. And his paint is in excellent condition! I see a only a couple of tiny flecks of black missing from his hat and THAT IS IT!  He even has the original rubber stopper still intact (and it’s not brittle or crumbly). He does have crazing to the glazed topcoat which is to be expected for a 70 year old ceramic item. 
“Save for Christmas” is written in script across his bum! He’s 6” high and 4.5” wide. 
I am an experienced seller/shipper,  and I take great care in packaging my vintage items. All items are wrapped in bubble-wrap, padded with packing peanuts, and boxed in a sturdy box for shipping. I double-box as I deem necessary.
