This is a set of extremely hard to find Holt Howard miniature ceramic ornaments. They are around 1.5” high.  These were manufactured around 1955-60. 
All have good paint and color for their age. The only flaw I see is a TINY chip on the underside of the blond pixie’s bangs. No other chips/cracks/repairs. All but one have the original oval MADE IN JAPAN sticker on the base. All have their original gold thread hangers.
