This is a very large (9” h) figurine and candle holder made by Blume in the 1960s.  The little girl has a precious face and is wearing her best winter jacket and bonnet. There is a repair to the lamp post that is difficult to see. So, offering for $45. The girls has some sticker residue on the back of her jacket dress as well.
